Committed to Excellence
We are committed to quality legal services for our clients. There are no short cuts.
Laschuk Law gives a voice to our clients that is both informed and reasonable. This applies in all contexts, from negotiations with the other party, to mediations and the courtroom.
We encourage clients to take the high road, wherever possible, especially if children are involved.
Graham C. Laschuk
Graham practices almost exclusively in family law (divorce, support, property division, etc.). He also advises clients in wills, personal planning and estate administration.
Graham is comfortable and skilled in all settings: from negotiations with the opposing party or counsel, to mediations, as well as in the courtroom. As a senior lawyer, he has practiced at both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of BC. He takes on difficult cases, such as parental alienation, relocation of children, custody disputes, support cases, and complex property division.
Graham is now fully qualified in collaborative law. Being a member of Collaborative Divorce Vancouver, he can enter into “participation agreements”. This model sees the parties promise each other to stay out of court and offers clients a more positive and respectful approach to divorce. It is recognized as being healthier for the children.
Graham was born and raised in Saskatchewan. He was called to the bar in Saskatchewan in 1994, where he successfully practiced mainly civil litigation in the private sphere and later for the federal government. He was called to the BC Bar in 2016, and since then has focused virtually all of his time and practice in the field of family law.
Graham expanded the practice from South Delta and opened the Squamish office in the spring of 2021. Along with his passions of hiking, skiing, reading and playing guitar, Graham gets tremendous joy spending time with his family.
