Graham C. Laschuk
Graham practices almost exclusively in family law (divorce, support, property division, etc.).
Graham is comfortable and skilled in all settings: from negotiations with the opposing party or counsel, to mediations, as well as in the courtroom. As a senior lawyer, he has practiced at both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of BC. He takes on difficult cases, such as parental alienation, relocation of children, custody disputes, support cases, and complex property division.
Graham was born and raised in Saskatchewan. He was called to the bar in Saskatchewan in 1994, where he successfully practiced mainly civil litigation in the private sphere and later for the federal government. He was called to the BC Bar in 2016, and since then has focused virtually all of his time and practice in the field of family law.
Moving the family to Squamish, Graham expanded the practice from South Delta and opened the Squamish office in the spring of 2021. Along with his passions of hiking, skiing, reading and playing guitar, Graham gets tremendous joy spending time with his family and enjoying all the benefits that living in the incredible mountain town of Squamish brings.
